Ships and Pirates!

Yar! There are quite a few things going on this weekend here in Hampton Roads. There are two in particular that the little one and I might check out. They would be great for both boys and girls but I'm thinking the boys will really love both of the events.

In Hampton the Blackbeard Pirate Festival is here all weekend. With lots of activities for the entire family to do, from battle reenactments to puppet shows. Check out the site for more details.

Also, Norfolk is celebrating Nauticus' 15th birthday with free admission (with the donation of one toy for the Salvation Army), cupcakes, and entertainment. Visit Nauticus.org for more info.
